Teagan (sales) was very responsive. I asked for a specific truck and he found one right away. I asked for some accessories to be added. Teagan walked me through that with coordination from the parts department and Nick in service. They were able to install them in a timely manner. They were all very helpful and professional. This team was a 5 star effort. I gave a 4 star review because Frank in financing was to tough on terms and execution during the delivery process. He needed my trade truck in order to get the new truck in. I could have given a small deposit. That left me with no vehicle to drive and there was no effort to get a rental for a couple days. While he did get me a good interest rate on my financing, (not hard with an 800 credit score) he was short on trade value and gave no discount from the sticker price. Good work on his part to protect the dealership, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I have not paid retail on a truck for more than 20 years and have always gotten good trade value. I have purchased about 10 or more truck in that time from Dodge and Chevrolet. I came to Wackerlie because I wanted to support their local business. They have been a stable core business to our community for many years. I will probably return to see about my next purchase because of the great sales and service team, but I won't pay retail again.

Although I did not purchase my truck from Wakerli GMC they treated me like I had. Service was excellent and Nick also diagnosed a sensor malfunction issue i had experienced. I really like these guys. They started on time, had my truck serviced in about half an hour, and came in to let me know how everything looked. I chose not to have it washed because it had just been washed that morning. Overall, this is a great service department. Friendly, efficient, and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks Billy and service staff for one of the best overall customer service experiences of my lifetime!! While on a cross country camping trip with my wife we lost our trailer lights and brakes. Fortunately our rv park campsite was close to Wakerli and we limped over. They identified and fixed the truck trailering module and got us back on the road. All without an appointment!! Can’t say enough about the level of courteous, prompt and professional service we received!!

The cost to replace TPMS sensors in the wheels cost too much. Also, service should ask if we want our vehicle washed afterwards. After I got my truck home I spent an hour getting the water spots off the chrome and windows. Clean it right or don't clean it at all!
